Osaka station is one of the biggest stations in Japan. There are many shops and big department stores around this station. It’s only 30 minutes (rapid express) from Kyoto station by JR.

Yodobashi Camera is a huge electronics store building that also has many clothing shops and restaurants.

Grand Front Osaka: It has approximately 260 shops and restaurants.

Umekita Hiroba : This plaza is located at the north exit of JR Osaka Station and connected to Grand Front Osaka

Many restaurants are lined up on the basement floor of Umekita Plaza. Many of the restaurants are reasonably priced.

Since the Umeda area is crowded and busy, I recommend that you focus on a few things and places to see and go to.
